Course Information
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This RSD Health Science foundation course is recommended for students who have already completed at least one other Health Science course as this course is aligned to meet college standards. Medical Terminology is designed to address the fundamentals of medical terminology with emphasis on basic rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and abbreviations related to body structure and anatomical systems. Students will also be introduced to pathologies, medical procedures, and medical specialties.
