Course Information

• Course Description:  This is the second course in the Algebra sequence, which serves to formalize and extend the mathematics that students learned in previous math courses. 
• Course Objectives:  Students will extend their understanding of linear and exponential relationships by contrasting them with each other and by applying linear models to data that exhibit a linear trend. Students will also learn how to compare quantitative data sets using different measures of center and spread. Earning credit in Algebra I-B is a graduation requirement.
