Attendance: Assisting students in establishing lifelong habits of reliability and promptness is an instructional objective of this course, thus a student’s grade or credit in this class is impacted by tardiness and absences.
- Excused absences can be made up by completing a fitness make-up form or other written assignment assigned by your teacher. Alternatively, points may be waived in isolated incidences of excused absence. It is the students’ responsibility to check in either before they know of an absence or upon returning to school from an absence for their make-up assignment. Make up work is due within two weeks upon return to school from excused absence.
- Unexcused absences can NOT be made up and will result in a loss of all daily participation points and/or assignments that were given the day of the unexcused absence.

This includes and athletic shirt (no tank tops, or cut-offs), athletic shorts, socks and athletic shoes (no crocs, sandals, or other open toed shoes).
