Office Hours : I am available most days before school. I am available after school on Mondays and Wednesdays. Tues/Thurs/Fri I have Club Advisory duties, so will need to make appointment for those days. 

 

 

Course Information: Components of Fitness provides the student with introductory skills and knowledge needed to pursue interests and careers in Exercise Science. These skills are used by personal trainers, coaches, strength and conditioning specialists, exercise physiologists, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports equipment designers. The coursework examines the effects of exercise and physical activity on people in order to optimize their physical and mental health. Students will examine their own abilities in order to determine plans for achieving their own fitness goals, as well as creating fitness programs for clients based on individualized needs.
