Course Description:

Yoga/Pilates  will focus on learning and engaging with the Five Components of Fitness through a variety of sports as a form of exercise. 

  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body composition
