The 3rd Trimester Schedule Change process is open NOW! Here’s what students need to know:

• Students have until Monday, March 15 at 5:00 p.m. to request a schedule change for 3rd Trimester. If you miss the March 15th deadline to request a schedule change, it will NOT be considered.
• We have the schedule change process available here on our Hazen Counseling webpage, 3rd Trimester Schedule Changes Webpage, including the form to submit a change request.
• Just like 1^st trimester and 2^nd trimester, classes are mostly full, so schedule changes will be very limited.
• If you have any questions or think there is a problem with your schedule, please email your school counselor. But please only submit your schedule change request through the forms on this webpage: 3rd Trimester Schedule Changes Webpage
