Foot and Ankle Notecards - ASSIGNMENT

You will be making notecards for all of the bones. You may make as many as you would like for the foot and ankle, but you must make AT LEAST 2: (1) Metatarsals and Phalanges and (2) Tarsals. All notecards MUST be hand drawn, by YOU. You may trace them, but you cannot just copy pictures from the internet. 

Your notecards should include:

  • A drawing of the bone & surrounding bones, with colors indicating what bone you are referring to. 
  • Labels (A,B,C,D, etc. or 1,2,3,4, etc.) 
  • The View 
  • The name of the bone, labels and bone/landmark name on the back of the notecards.

Bones/Landmarks that MUST be on your notecards: 

  1. Metatarsals & Phalanges
    1. Metatarsals 
    2. Proximal Phalanges 
    3. Middle/Intermediate Phalanges 
    4. Distal Phalanges
  2. Tarsals 
    1. Cuboid 
    2. Lateral Cuneiform 
    3. Intermediate Cuneiform 
    4. Medial Cuneiform 
    5. Navicular 
    6. Talus 
    7. Calcaneus
