Today, you will be drawing a cross section of a long bone and labeling the different parts you learned yesterday. YOU WILL PUT THIS INTO YOUR NOTEBOOK AND WILL BE GRADED AS PART OF YOUR NOTEBOOK.
In your drawing, you must include the following:
- Proximal Epiphysis
- Diaphysis
- Distal Epiphysis
- Articular Cartilage
- Spongy Bone
- Compact Bone
- Epiphyseal Line
- Medullary Cavity
- Yellow Marrow
- Periosteum
- Arteries
Your drawing should be neat and colored. You may trace your bone, but it MUST be your own work.
