Course Description: This course is for students interested in an introduction to robotics. The class is an interdisciplinary class which covers design, assembly, programming and testing of a robot. Students will learn how to write programs to make the robot do different tasks. Optionally, students can learn about using a variety of tools including 3D printers, laser cutters, or milling machines to make or modify parts used on the robot. At the end of the year, students are given the rules of a robot competition. Their job is to design a robot for that competition.
