Seattle U Business Institute Summer Program (9th to 11th grade)
Program Overview:
Are you a current 9th to 11th grade student interested in business? Are you curious about taking college-level courses, working in teams, and experiencing university life? The Albers Pre-College Summer Business Institute (SBI) at Seattle University is a great opportunity for you to try out what business school is like. SBI is a summer program that gives high school students college credit. The program lets students explore different areas of business and take part in hands-on learning experiences. While SBI is open to all rising 9th to 12th graders, students from underrepresented backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a residency program, meaning students will live on-campus during the institute dates (6 evenings).
Who can apply:
- 9th through 11th grade students interested in business. Students with historically marginalized identities are strongly encouraged to apply.
Fees:
- Thanks to the support of our gracious sponsors, the program is free to apply and has a $50 registration deposit. All other program costs (tuition, housing, and meals) are covered by the institute.
