Scenario:

A company hires you to create a network for them. They need IPv4 and IPv6 networks setup on their devices. One building is accountants and the other is administrators and they are located across the street. The accountants will need at least 64 devices and the administrators will need at least 20 devices. Each building will have its own router and switch. They have also asked that you provide space for 50% growth of the company.

Design and set up network and addressing scheme for IPv4 and IPv6 in packet tracer. Verify end to end connectivity and provided your IP addressing table for all devices.

Specifications:

You have been given the network IPv4 address space 192.168.0.0/16 and IPv6 network address of 2001:b0ba:fe77::/64. Make sure to use only enough space in each for the required number of devices plus growth.
You can use a crossover cable between the routers to connect the two buildings. In the future we will learn about serial cables and NIC.
All routers, switches, and end devices need to have the basic configurations we have learned.
Please use cisco as the password for you all lines and class for privilege exec mode.
Use ssh for VTY lines.
You will need a static route for each router to the other to access the network on the other side of the router.
You can use Fe80::/10 on all your IPv6 networks
On your switches will also need to use the following command in privilege exec mode to allow IPv4 and IPv6 on the switches. Command: sdm prefer dual-ipv4-and-ipv6 default
For end devices you can use one from the cabinet and one laptop with local admin privileges provided by instructor.

Once you get your design to work implement on devices in the lab. Verify connectivity to all devices. To the Module 2 assignment you will need to submit the following:

Addressing Scheme on a table or diagram
Packet Tracer Test network
Screenshots of Lab Hardware Connectivity tests
Screenshots or text files of your router and switch configurations.
A written document with the purpose of each command in your configurations.
