Background
Today, we will revisit Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this time applying it to motivation. How does the Hierarchy of Needs relate to Motivation? According to Maslow, we are motivated to satisfy our needs. In other words, we want to have our needs met, and therefore we are motivated to act in in specific ways.
