U6 Dictado

Listen to each of the following recordings. For each one you will do 2 things:

1. Write down exactly what you hear, to the best of your ability. If you don't know how to use accent marks on your computer, it's okay to leave them out.
2. Write down the English translation, to the best of your ability. It's okay to paraphrase, but be sure to include all of the details.

For each recording, you will write 2 SENTENCES: one sentence in Spanish and one sentence in English.

There may be words in the sentences that you don't remember seeing/hearing/reading before. If there are words we haven't had on a vocabulary list, they are cognates (which means that they look/sound similar in English and Spanish, and they mean the same thing). You can do your best to sound them out. Just write the sounds you hear!
