Most weeks, the asynchronous day falls on Wednesday, but not this week! I need to take my cat, Gallo, to the vet because she's been sick lately and is long overdue for a visit. Wish her well!
On Sunday, January 24th, I completed 231 consecutive days of hip-focused yoga. I have learned several positions that look to increase the range of motion of the hip flexors - the muscles that connect the lower back and hip to the thighs. Did you know there are 16 separate muscles involved in moving your hips? Amazing, huh?
